By accessing this website or booking a service from Everyday Junk Removal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide junk removal, hauling, and dumpster rental services in Fresno, Clovis, and surrounding areas. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
3. Pricing & Estimates
Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after assessing volume, item types, and access. Minimum charge is $119.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 2 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations after a crew has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not haul hazardous materials including but not limited to: asbestos, biohazards, chemicals, paint (liquid), tires (without prior arrangement), or any items prohibited by local, state, or federal law.
6. Liability
Everyday Junk Removal is licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, items left behind by request, or indirect damages arising from service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fresno County, California.
